Luther James Grosvenor was born on December 23, 1946 in Evesham (Worcestershire). A member of the legendary "Spooky Tooth", "Stealers Wheel", performed in "Mott The Hoople" under the pseudonym Ariel Bender. After leaving "Spooky Tooth", he recorded a solo album "Under Open Skies".
