1 install norton 2012 exe after install open norton go to settings general product security turn norton tampter protection off reboot in safe mode with networking and run norton trial reset as admin it will tell you aboot an error that if is in safe mode thats normal youre done now reboot in normal mode turn tampter protection on update and scan. if you want to use trial reset again you can doit from normal mode
