This is encoded in Apple's "near DVD" format. It has been confirmed that these encodes work on all iPod devices capable of video playback (ty VoV).

Regarding the filename prefix, if you use uTorrent to download, at the top it says Save As when you load the torrent, you can remove the prefix here. It should still seed and download ok.

iPod 5th gen: Main menu > Videos > Video Settings > Widescreen > Off iPod Nano 3rd gen: Main menu > Videos > Settings > Fit to Screen > On
