OK, finally got around to the scans on this. I scanned the front and back covers of the box, and all of the booklet. It was longer than I remembered. Each set of two pages was pasted together into one since there were a lot of photos that spanned both pages. They are not all perfectly alligned, but that is the case in the book also.
