I am sixty-three years and not very experienced with video editing. So please bear with me as I can be very verbose.

Firstly I started with the source from lwn uploaded by xxxlavalxxx. Thanks.

Then I corrected the sync issue from 1h 34m on and increased the volume a little.

However I found the Chinese subtitles aggravating. I had previously downloaded Get On Up (2014) Blurred Subtitles-BDM uploaded by BigDogMoya.

I was very impressed with the results he had achieved and thought I would try it myself on Edge Of Tomorrow.

There are cropped versions around, but you lose nearly a quarter of the picture from the bottom.

So using the link BDM provided in his description for Get On Up I labourisly followed the tutorial over a few hours until I had a result.

I am quite happy with it, though I feel it could be improved with more practice.

The blur is quite noticeable but far far less intrusive than the subtitles. I did not worry about the watermark.
