I can't find much about this online. I know it contains images from both artists I'm certain I've never seen anyplace else. The cover (if it is the real cover) was the second to last page, so I moved it to the front of the book.

Not sure who published this exactly. From the looks of things at least four different companies were involved in the process (if not more).

Not sure of the exact year, either, but I think it's safe to assume it was sold at the exhibition, so late 2004, early 2005
