Full screen with no black bars at top or bottom, Na'Vi subtitles burned in, and about as good video and DTS 5.1 audio you're going to get for this evolutionary leap in 3D film making.
Always use above minimum system requirements when transcoding large Plex Media Server files - even if they're optimized like this MP4 is for DLNA. Minimize traffic through the preferable ethernet connection, that hopefully has your 3D connected to the same router/switch. Plex Media Server transcodes less efficiently with these larger files when run wirelessly - especially if your system is accessing other processes that take up optimal transcoding traffic, so play it smart!
