NOTE: 'The Town' come in 2 versions on the BD. The Theatrical Cut and the Extended Cut. Nothing unusual there, but what is rather unusual is that WB chose to include 2 encodes of each version instead of the more commonly used Seamless Branching. So the bitrate is quite low. The Video bitrate
for the Extended version is 13949 kbps (The Theatrical Cut is even lower) and that's below my usual steady bitrate of 14000 kbps, so I've turned the bitrate down to 10000 kbps on this release.

   That said then the encoders at Warner Brothers did an amazing job encoding
   this transfer, because with the low bitrates in mind, the image quaity is
   surprisingly good..
