When you install or update Viber to 3.0 on devices with mentioned version of iOS you

are not able to send photos. Actually, you can if you turn location services on.

I uploaded this for those who don't want to update their idevice to iOS6+ and/or

don't want to bother with turning on location services every time they want to send

photo via Viber.
