Custom Firmware Developer Rogero is back with a new update for his CFW. This time around Rogero has released a CEX-4.46 CFW (v1.00). This CFW has support for various things you come to expect like Q/A Flag, ReactPSN. Also, this CFW can be used to downgrade with a hardware flasher and the usual patches you find in most CFWs have been applied.
