The Mighty Kong group was the successor to Daddy Cool. Despite all their star power, they were short-lived and did not create anything serious or significant, and remained a footnote in the history of Daddy Cool. The group released a single album, recorded at Armstrong’s Studios in Melbourne, and broke up the same year.
