Notes: Went into this penultimate show of the Eras tour expecting to be impressed, and I wasn't disappointed. Absolutely left a fan.
From a recording standpoint, this is an interesting one. We were side stage, right in front of the band, but also with an array directly in front of us. Makes for a nice direct PA tape, with a bit of direct band signal (leads to a bit of flam from the snare in the more rock songs).
Taming the stadium and crowd proved to be a little tough, especially facing the stage from the side, meaning that the bulk of the audience was to one side of the tape. Ended up pulling down the sides a bit, and using some EQ to tame the screaminess of the crowd. Came out decent for a giant stadium tape IMO
