Storming the Beach (HD, 12 min.) - Director Doug Liman offers a
decent, but short, behind the scenes documentary featurette.
Weapons of the Future (HD, 8 min.) - A brief discussion of the thought
and design of the war suits worn by the soldiers. There's some talk about
the meshing of practical effects and special effects to create the
lifelike look that's achieved in the movie.
Creatures Not of This World (HD, 6 min.) - Another short featurette,
this time talking about the design and special effect that went into
creating the look of the mimic aliens.
On the Edge with Doug Liman (HD, 43 min.) - This is the most
worthwhile special feature of the bunch. It's a comprehensive making-of
documentary. There's some great behind-the-scenes footage, and enough time
that the documentary can really cover all facets of what went into making
the movie as good as it is.
Deleted Scenes (HD, 8 min.) - There are seven deleted scenes total. A
few of them feature incomplete VFX work. They're typical, short deleted
scenes that don't add a whole lot to the overall narrative of the
theatrical cut.
