The main character of Gargoyles Remastered is a gargoyle named Goliath. The protagonist tries to wrest the Eye of Odin - a broken magical talisman that can bring destruction to the entire world - from the hands of the evil Demon.

In Gargoyles Remastered we watch the action from the side. During the game, we rush to the right through various locations, including the ancient Wyvern Castle and modern places, such as the roofs of Manhattan skyscrapers or the New York subway. While traversing them, we jump on platforms, avoid terrain obstacles and traps, and also face opponents.

Goliath eliminates enemies, mainly using his own fists and claws; Moreover, thanks to its wings, the gargoyle can perform attacks from the air. His wings and claws are also useful when exploring; the former allow him to glide and extend jumps, while the latter allow him to climb walls and ceilings.

Although the game mechanics have remained unchanged from the original, the authors have enriched this title with the ability to undo the action at any time.

Gargoyles Remastered boasts a thoroughly refreshed audiovisual setting. While working on this title, the authors not only focused on the sprites and location designs, which became much more detailed, but also prepared new animations. In addition, the game includes sound effects absent from the original; A new version of the original soundtrack was also developed.

The production allows you to switch between the original and new versions of graphics, as well as between three versions of the soundtrack, at any time.
