WORKDONE:

Ok we were kindly given the dvd source file too work with....ok for a cam but had many faults. Angle to to video sloping from left to right across the top.Video was badly interlace,alot of dark scenes colourless,motion blur etc.... Well fixed all the issues we could but still dark in parts and feck all you can do about the blur scenes. Audio is untouched,just a strip and remux job :)
