Production notes: 'Chloe' is based on the 2003 French film "Natalie X", starring Gérard Depardieu, Fanny Ardant and Emmanuelle Beart. For this new version, Atom Egoyan wanted to promote sexual and psychological burden of the story and characters, Chloe focusing on the dangers of fantasy of wanting to reinvent yourself.
