A nuclear power plant is about to be taken over, after being signed by corrupt and power-hungry politicians. The citizens are up in arms as they oppose the plan, but they can do nothing. A man opposed to the politicians and starts chasing them. Whenever he leaves behind a card bearing his victims wrote "The Red Eagle. However, the man is the prey when the politicians their best defense on him afsturen, known as "The Black Demon."
