I recommend ConvertXtoDVD for making a DVD to watch. Simple and good. CCE or HCenc-based converters will get you a ton more quality, though. Google. AVStoDVD is one I know is pretty good.
Read the included text files for help with creating 5.1 audio, playing this rip, and getting the maximum playback quality :)
