At the beginning of World War II, a hostile confrontation in the skies of the arid Norwegian forest leaves two aircraft - one British and one German - fallen in a remote and isolated region. By a strange coincidence the groups seek shelter in the same hut. They have to fight to survive the brutal winter, to be able to return to war ... and fight against each other. Although war has made them enemies as days go by, it becomes difficult to maintain animosity. Mutual needs lead to unlikely friendships and the rules of war will have to be set aside.
