Scrat tries to capture his walnut in space, but ends up unleashing a cosmic catastrophe, which threatens the life of Earth beings. To prevent this from happening, Manny, Ellie, Diego, Shira and Sid embark on a mission to reverse this situation. Along the way, they find a kind of spiritual valley led by the eccentric Shangri Lhama, a llama who has an obsession with Yoga and youth. Without his help, the future of the group is doomed.
